Data we process

The request form collects your name, phone number and/or email, company and a description of your task. The company field is optional. Do not include sensitive personal data or information about other people in your description.

The request also includes the page address, form identifier, UTM campaign parameters where present, submission date and consent information. The server and delivery infrastructure may process technical request information, including IP addresses.

Purpose and basis

Data are used to respond to your request, discuss your task and organise a Yardline pilot. Processing is based on your consent, given separately before submission. The form does not request consent to advertising mailings.

How requests are delivered

The form sends data to the Yardline server. The server forwards the request to leadbot.grimur.ru, a request intake service that delivers it to the team through Telegram. These services participate in delivering and processing the request. Access is intended for staff handling enquiries.

The Yardline server does not maintain a separate request database or log form contents in the application log. Copies may remain in the intake service and Telegram.

Retention and ending processing

Data are processed to handle and follow up on your enquiry. Contact the controller using the phone number above to clarify retention periods or request that processing stop. The controller considers requests and takes action within the periods required by applicable law. Mandatory retention may continue where there is a lawful basis.

Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Contact the controller and provide details that identify your request. To protect your data, confirmation that the request belongs to you may be required.

Cookies and policy updates

The Yardline form does not use cookies to submit a request. UTM parameters are read from the current page address. No third-party analytics counters are installed. This policy will be updated if the services used or purposes of processing change.
